I remember a couple of days ago calling QUANTUM OF SOLACE the most underrated Bond film. Awhile ago however I would have to have called this one such. Which is ironic considering it was the first James Bond rogue/revenge film. And honestly, I'd call it one of my favorites from the series. One reviewer said that Timothy Dalton's Bond was "Daniel Craig before we knew we wanted him" and that is quite true. Dalton played the firster darker, more serious James Bond. And he provides one of the strongest central Bond performances of any of them.

I love this film dalton is good as bond and Robert Davi is a great villain. Besides the Timothy dalton films r both as good as each other.

bond the revenge movie raw Action good story beter than the last one too bad this was Timothy Dalton last one he was one the best if i was going to make a top ten bond movie list this woud be up there in the list

A terrific and unfortunate final performance by Dalton in a Bond movie way ahead of it's time. Gritty, violent and personal, with a realistic plot, great final sequence with the tanker chase and one of the greatest vehicle stunts in Bond history.
