This can't be the same Roger Moore I saw in the last two films! I actually did rather enjoy his previous entries, but he had a corny side to him as well as some corny action that was more or less a turnoff to most viewers. Here Roger Moore redeems himself best as a tougher more serious minded Bond in his best entry and one of the best Bond films of the series, The Spy Who Loved Me. This film nailed down everything to love from a Bond film, like superbly menacing villains that are surely unforgettable in the Bond universe, a great chemistry with the Bond girl Barbara as one of the best, terrific action and special effects for the time, and an easy to follow narrative involving the threat of nuclear weaponry with submarines. Roger Moore may never exactly reach the heights that Sean Connery was at, but this film is proof that Moore can surely come "close" to matching Connery's superb personality as an exciting Bond hero.

Moore's best outing as 007. Fast paced with plenty of exciting stunts and a thrilling storyline. Witness the opening ski sequence and of course the Lotus car which goes underwater. And of course who can forget the baddie Jaws.

well umn just seen this movie 4 the 1st time n think that this is a good movie 2 watch....its got a good cast of actors/actressess throughout this movie...i think that roger moore, barbara bach, curd jurgens, richard kiel, caroline munro, walter gotell, geoffrey keen, bernard lee, george baker play good roles/parts throughout this movie....i think that roger moore was good as james bond in this movie....i think that the director of this adventure/action/thriller/spy movie had done a good job of directing this movie because you never know what 2 expect thorughout this movie...i think that this is a good james bond movie 2 watch its got a good cast throughout this movie...its an enjoyable movie 2 watch its a good movie 2 watch...i think that the fight scenes n the gun shoot outs were good thorughout this movie
