When Curtis Snow steals a video camera from some college kids during a dope deal, he gives the camera to his best friend, Pancho, and they start documenting their lives. At first its business as usual for Curtis. He robs dope boys, he runs from the cops, he sells drugs, all while trying to provide for his two-year-old son. But when one of the dealers he ripped off comes for revenge, Curt's life starts to spiral out of control.

Finally someone shows how life in the streets of ATL really is. I lived in the Bluff in the early 90's and know firsthand how it is in the Bluff. This is real life not fiction. Anyone who thinks this is staged has never been in the Bluff or West Side ATL. Shot out to all the Diablos.

Its kind of like one long episode of cops, only told from the criminal's perspective instead. It really shouldn't work, but for me it was pretty much a home run. Interesting characters, believable acting, and a fairly unique film experience.

It was (somewhat) suspenseful from the jump then it turns into a documentary type movie. Curtis Blow is a dope dealer & a jack boy, shows his daily life through a camera that he stole. Two life changing events happen back to back that (somewhat) makes him change the way he wants to make money for the world to see. Grade: C
