if you plan on watching this movie make sure either A) know Portuguese and or B) find a copy with subtitles. This is by far one of the best movies to come out of Brazil, recommend you see this along with City of God.

A great film. Shows the grit and brutality of Rio, much like City of God.

This film really blew me away - with the extremely gritty and realistic (at least to me) on the lives of the brazilian special ops police officers. A must watch film and in the same quality of city of god.
