A Cyborg is programmed to kill Scientist,however he backs out of it when he loses his memory and does'nt know who he is,now on the run,the Government are out to track him down and destroy him,Cheesy Macho Man bullshit Action film which is entertaining as hell.

It is what it is, a B-flick. But it's not dull. This is a commendable trait for a film such as this, and it sure has it's moment. Worth watching for fans of the genre who hopefully can appreciate things like bad guys with awesome shades, arm wrestling (Indian style) and budget cyborgs.

This is priceless and has to be seen to believed. It rips of Terminator, has arm wrestling competitions, shit special effects, the legend that is John Saxon and a manhunt. The drag through the desert really cracked me up. The balls.
