Beautiful film. It explores the themes of suffering and human dignity through the story of a cancer patient undergoing experimental treatment. I liked the interesting cinematography; the monologues addressed to the camera seem odd at first, but ultimately draw you in and involve you personally in the struggles of this woman. Even more engaging for those going into healthcare.

Absolutely a tragic film. At the same time, it is so extremely witty and humorous. Anyone who works in a healthcare career should watch this--it makes you take a step back and think about what you do. And Emma Thompson is fantastic, as always.

Oh, so hard, yet so compelling, to watch. Emma Thompson, while I thought she was amazing before seeing this movie, I truly believe she is brilliant!
