What an amazing film. I need to watch it again. A real jaw-dropping moment towards the end that I didn't see coming. Brilliantly acted too.

"I've Loved You So Long" is an inspiring story of forgiveness and acceptance taking place in the narrow-minded judgemental Nancy - director Claudel's own town in eastern France. Leading actress Kristin Scott Thomas delivers an astounding performance. She is just superb.

"The worst prison is the death of one's child. You never get out of it." This is my favourite quote of the year! I really enjoyed this movie with a great story line. It teaches us a lesson about not judging a person until you have all the facts.
