My favorite movie!!! It's great. Great action, music, drama, romance, all packed into this amazing movie!!

As a pilot and adrenaline junky my review is somewhat (by which I mean completely) biased. I describe the writing as Flaming Cheese as in its cheesy and bad but at the same time so awesome and badass that you dont even mind. The effects were state of the art at the time and still look good since its not CGI, it's real planes. Soundtrack: OF THE CENTURY

Remember Dr. Green from E.R. He's in it. I love the bit where they sing 'Great Balls of Fire'. Notable as this was the third time that Cruises hair had out-acted him. Flawless. Michael Bay is on the record for loving the dramatic slow mos in the volleyball scene and remarked "Awwww no, Maverick has to leave...but they would have won"
