I don't usually award films with 5 stars, but I thought this movie was one of the best I've seen years. It's beautiful scenery, touching story, and attachment to the characters was very well done. You could tell it wasn't a big Hollywood production and it was a welcome change to this soul. It really showed off the absolute beauty that is known as Canada. The people and the surrounds were filmed nicely. It wasn't an absolute sob story, but just about a person trying to find the meaning and reason of what's happened to him. Campbell Scott pulled off this rolls perfectly. I think this is the best film he's done. I would suggest everyone see this movie.. It's not full of ups and down or in anyway an emotional rollercoaster which seems to be the typical ingredient for a movie these days. A+

This has to be one of the greatest Canadian films ever made. It was quite a shock actually, as I was expecting an average road-trip movie. It was a lot more.. nice preformances and beautiful scenery, throughout the whole movie. One of the Top movies of 2009!! Its a full TRUE Canadian movie experience! I do not give out 5 stars often, but its just that good.

This is a great look at what canadian landscape there is, this movie is beautifully shot and of course has a great message of living life to the fullest because you never really know when your time may be up. All in all watch it, you will enjoy it!! :)

One Week was a fantastic movie. Joshua Jackson stars as a guy who is told he has cancer and decides to go on a once in a life time trip across Canada on an old Norton motor cycle. Toronto to Tofino B.C. Beautiful scenery and touching story with at times humorous narration. Canada is the most beautiful country and this movie shows it off well.
