It works reasonably well as a film, too, though, provided that one isn’t overly bothered by repetition and a general sense of diminishing returns.

Somewhat programmatic, if still entertaining...

One of the best times I have had watching a movie this past year! Beautiful Italy locations, Italian food, music, hilarious impersonations and too very funny men in Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon! I could never stop laughing and the movie is filmed like it's an epic! This is a must see and the best sequel in ages!

From reading the reviews, it's a "love it or hate it" film. Aside from the travelogue and sumptuous food, I personally enjoyed the interactions of the two leads...although I can see where it would just turn some viewers off. And ,of course, there's that long Batman banter between the two early on. Once we get through that ( many inde viewers may never have seen a Batman movie) I think the movie flows very nicely. see it.

Really enjoyed this movie. You leave the theater wanting to watch old movies, visit Italy and eat good food.
