I like the loose jumble of jokes (even when they're profane/unfunny) and drama (even when it's confusing/overstuffed), the cranky chaos of a workplace, the cool verisimilitude of mid-'90s NYC, but I don't like the simplistic conclusions nor Glenn Close's petrified face.

A frenetic, high energy, riot for Keaton and the cast which is very funny and a good time at the movies

I liked it, but I wouldn't say I loved it. The core cast is pretty strong and overall I like the look at the inside of "The Paper" but it doesn't grab you and demand your attention as it moves along. It has its moments, but the film itself is not overly memorable.
