With Jackson leading the way, Shaft has style, punch, and street cred. It's a hot cool update.

The best Shaft flick to date. There ain't no getting around Richard Roundtree. He not only created the character, but reached a height so high, that no one can reach up. Would love to see more of his works. Excellent artist with great screen presence.

Great detective movie that isn't as over the top as many of its contemporaries or imitators. Features an awesome hero who sticks it to the man and keeps it real.
