Went to a screening of this movie. Not at all what I expected. Not just another football movie ,A real movie with heart and soul that shows true human spirit

The critics are way off on this movie. I think they may have political bias that they can't see past. The movie isn't political. The true story is very sad, but the movie is inspirational. It honors the life of a truly good person taken too soon. I wish there were more movies like this one. I can't stand football, and this movie kept me watching, and wanting to be a better person afterwards. The actors were great too.

This is a great movie based on a true story about Freddie Steinmark, a battle against height and weight (for purposes of football), a battle against disappointment, and a battle against cancer. The greatest thing about this movie for me was the consistency of patience, drive and ambition that Freddie Steinmark possessed and with which he infected those around him.
