Epic film, that really make you thankful for the people that gave there lives so we could have a country! The Charleston scenery was beautiful! This along with Brave heart are probably Mel's best movies! Heath Ledger was really good in this movie too!

One of my absolute favorite movies ever. I love the story; a retired militia man seeks revenge for the murders of his sons. Mel Gibson is GREAT in this role; his best acting in my opinion...he has very good eyes when it comes to scenes where he needs to cry; looks very real. And this was also a great job on Heath Ledger's part; I always think his best acting was when he was this age.
