Brian Nichols (David Oyelowo) becomes the subject of a citywide manhunt after breaking out of a courthouse jail and killing four people. Held hostage by Nichols in her own home, the scared woman looks for guidance from "The Purpose Driven Life," Rick Warren's best-selling, inspirational book. As she reads aloud, Ashley and her would-be killer come to a crossroad.

There's definitely a lot of room for improvement especially due to the fact that this film is based on a chilling true story. David Oyelowo and Kate Mara gave it their all but to an inevitable, uninspiring ending.

Man this show was amazing. I usually go to movies and fall asleep within 20 minutes. Building the base of the story kept me awake and at only one time did I feel myself getting a little sleepy. I was riveted to the screen a lot. This is a movie that I will see or even purchase. It is what I believe in life. Everyone has a purpose.
