I challenge any modern day director to match the insane formula of angry rednecks, profanity, and comedic stylings only ever reproduced in the 3 Ninja movies. I mean there's a fat redneck named 'Popcorn' that eats lots of popcorn. Blind Fury is a movie that couldn't care less about plot complexity or subtlety. Its about getting to the dumb jokes, cussing, and death. This may be Rutger Hauer's finest two hours. Blade Runner doesnt count because that was a replicant, not the real Rutger Hauer.

This is one of those movies that's really terrible and lame, but great at the same time. It's hilarious and very entertaining to watch.

Might sound lame, but believe it or not this movie is anything but. I love Rutger Hauer in anything he does. Worth a look good storyline and and a overall good action flick!
