This is quite possibly the greatest comic book adaptation to date! Warner is really hitting home-runs with this animated films, all I can say is Nolan Schmolan. I really can't come up with anything to complain and that's a tough one on a loudmouth like me, perfect animation, casting, adapted script... the result is an excellent Neo-Noir/Superhero film from which movies, animated and live-action, can take their cues from. PLUS it has a very nice back-up Catwoman short by Paul Dini, responsible of writing '92s Batman animated! PS. If you think Batman; Year One by Miller/Mazzucchelli is a "graphic novel" you don't know anything about the medium of comic books...

To put it simply, Batman: Year One is an excellent picture, and one that is at the very least on-par with the Nolan trilogy. Based on the comic book story arc that Batman Begins borrowed heavily from, while not as much of a grandiose spectacle as the live-action films, it more than makes up for that in its character study and strikingly dark, adult atmosphere. The voice-acting is generally excellent (Especially Gordon's), and a sense of painstakingly dedicated craft can be garnered from every frame. Probably the best animated superhero movie, and one of the greatest superhero movies in general.

Ha sido el filme que más me ha gustado de la linea de animación DC. Con un gran parecido al original y en ninguna parte se vuelve lenta o aburrida.
