Scared the crap out of me as a kid, and still did a bit (buried alive? chased by cult members round a cemetary?) A good strong story, they don't make films like this any more, not for kids anyway. Pretty standard Columbus/Spielberg stuff.

Seventh birthday cinema treat: -Hallucinogenic drugs, snow, victorian london, egyptology, murder, secret societies - Back in the day Spielberg knew his onions and 80's kids owe him big time for it.

Well, the hottest young detective with his nose in Egyptian occultism, his best friend at his side and some beautiful girl with my name so when Holmes whispers it, I have to say, he makes it sound good. Adventure, danger, kids saving the world after tea, its great.

I seen this movie before. I actually watched it twice. It's a really good movie. Loved it!!!! I enjoyed watching it.
