The Shaw Bros and Hammer team up for what should of been the coolest film ever. But the son of Van Helsing really adds to much cheese to this film for me to love it. But still its Hammer and even a bad Hammer film is a good film!

An interesting combo of Hammer Horror & Shaw Brothers martial arts. Especially great to have Peter Cushing in the cast even if he does seem a bit lost (along w/ the majority of the Western cast) when all the choppy-socky takes place. The Golden Vampires are a real treat but unfortunately John Forbes Robertson as Count Dracula (pardon the pun) rather sucked (on the brighter side he's not in it very much..really wish that Christopher Lee had taken the role feeling it could have been more w/ him involved). Pretty fun though even if the kung fu is pretty standard

Peter Cushing returns to play Van Helsing for the final time. Co produced by Hammer with a Hong Kong company, this combines all the worst aspects of 70s horror with amateurish kung-fu... the result is worse than it sounds.

Definitely not Hammer's best horror flick, but come on... Peter Cushing and kung fu? That's priceless!
