Much better than part 2, but of course no were near the first part. What I don't get is why they couldn't just get a new kid to play the creepy ghost kid. Instead they bring him back aged and taller.... like ghost grow, come on. Other than that it was done fairly well for straight to video. Give it a rent if you liked the first film.

I didn't think this was a bad movie. Not as much scares as the previous 2 but still pretty decent. I am surprised that this series has downgraded to the straight to DVD world. I thought they could have done decently at the box office. I rather see this series end if they are going to be released in theatres.
