A Piece Of Arts!It's a pleasure to see this kind of film being made in this century.I wish I can see this on a big screen,I mean in the Cinema.The style of this film made it looks original and a captivating direction.The music does remind me of Tom and Jerry,the time when studio love to use musics to tell story,not those kind of some annoying rock and roll music.Absolutely one of the 2011's masterpiece.Perfect!

At first I thought a silent movie today, it will never work, but thanks to some of the best acting I've ever seen it managed to speak to us on such a primitive level. I truly sympathized with the main character and he did that with just facial expressions. It really makes you think about that era and how much they did with so little.

A masterpiece, a 5 star classic and a work of art. Amazingly shot, perfectly portrayed, a brilliant representation of the silent era of Hollywood. The cast is perfect and it's amazing how you know exactly what's going on without one single piece of dialogue. That is so hard to accomplish in the 21st century, but I guess that's how brilliantly made this picture was. It's cinema at its best and it certainly deserved the Oscar.
