What if everything that can go wrong in a party will go wrong? This is the question that's answered by this movie and the answer is hilarious. There is a joke and a laugh almost every minute. Peter Sellers excels here and Blake Edwards handles chaos incarnate by directing Bakshi's antics, goofs and pure fails. Only cacophony with the movie is the sound which is pretty amateurish but even that can't change the fact that this is one hell of a movie!

Peter Sellers is a god to me. There is something about him and how he delivered his characters that was both unique and amazing. This is a true classic.

I haven't laughed so hard in a long while. It's like the 10th time I see it, and I still laugh until my tummy hurts! The butler is brilliant (Steve Franken). It's amazing how the most normal circumstances turn into a comical thing in this movie. Most excellent!
