I love this movie. It's an interesting homage to the best vampire movie ever made, it's something of a comedy, AND it has a horror story. And Willem Defoe should dress up and walk around like Max Schreck for the rest of his life. He should have won the Oscar for this.

It's certainly a lot more interesting (and funny) if you're a fan of German Expressionist Film, but even so it's just a good thoughtful well-contained film.
