Very surreal movie watching experience. It's like an amazing party that goes on for way too long -- you're tired, you want to go home, but you can't shake the feeling that you'll remember the night for the rest of your life.

This movie is among the top three movies I've seen in my life.Mastroanni beautifully portrays the character Marcello , his likes, dislikes, monotonous parties,sexual encounters and finally the intellectual death....If you watch this movie once you can never forget this stuff in your whole life....
