Initially was concerned over watching a film by Clint Eastwood also found it rather slow HOWEVER enjoyed every moment and highly recommend it, with great ending, 5 stars from me.

One of those movies that works better on a second viewing; it's a gentle, loosely structured tale of lost souls that'll wash away if you let it.

I really enjoyed this movie. The acting was solid and the story was really good. I love how Clint Eastwood used real events like the Indian Tsunami of 2004 and the London Bombings in 2005 to tell the stories in this movie. Matt Damon is growing as an actor and he really shows it here in this movie. You feel bad for this character and what he has to live with and you feel this cause of Matt Damon's acting. Frankie Mclaren was awesome as little Marcus. His scenes are very emotional and pulls on Each string to bring your emotions out. Cecile de France also puts on a great performance. The only knock I have on this movie is that it is a bit predictable, but other then that it is a really good movie.

I have seldom been so moved by a film. Eastwood efficiently takes the right amount of time to tell the story and fully explore the characters.What a marvelous ensemble cast! I will definitely see it again.

Missed the chance to see this at the cinema, but made up for it tonight. Great film with a nice mix of English/French/American actors. Good story. A start, middle and End. Nice to see a simple story without special effects ruining it. Go see it.
