Gigli (2003)

Gigli is ordered to kidnap the psychologically challenged younger brother of a powerful federal prosecutor. When plans go awry, Gigli's boss sends in Ricki, a gorgeous free-spirited female gangster who has her own set of orders to assist with the kidnapping. The only scene that worth watching is the yoga scene.

There's no rhythm to (the) putrid dialogue, no flow to (the) preposterous scenes.

It's worth knowing how to pronounce Gigli because it will enter the vocabulary as a word meaning 'massive box-office flop; an embarrassment caused by Hollywood's inability to say no to powerful creative types. See also: Ishtar.'

Jennifer Lopez is actually really good in this film, if you can get through the first half of the film and Ben Affleck totally overplaying his character, to the second part where he chills out and you actually start to like the character, the guy who plays the retard (same guy who play Riley in National Treasure) does a really good job as well, if you can make it through the first hour, it gets much better, and has a feel good (maybe a bit cheesy) ending. If you got NetFlix you can watch instantly. Not a masterpiece, but by no means a steaming pile either
