[font=Tahoma]Takes common themes like friendship and marriage and throws in a 1980s café to make it all feel new again. The movie transpires before the wedding of one of a group of tight-knit friends. The type of ?a-week-in-the-life-of? movie that for a brief time shines a light on small town, [/font][font=Tahoma]USA[/font][font=Tahoma]. At its best, it?s an ode to friendship and youth. A John Hughes-styled movie made by Barry Levinson. Kevin Bacon, Daniel Stern ([i]Home Alone[/i]), and Paul Reiser (?Mad About You?) show up to offer familiar faces to the storyline. It?s an unrightfully forgotten 1980s film with heart, wit and a feel for young friendship and relationships.[/font]

This movie is not too well known these days, 2007, but it's a real classic with a cast who all went on to later fame. Especially interesting for those of you growing up around Bal'mere.

Witty and remarkable comedy about a group of friends who are trying to get used to growing up. A superb cast help great dialogue flow, and allow the audience to really relate to the characters. Notable performances from Kevin Bacon and Paul Reiser in particular.

Diner is often a very funny movie, although I laughed most freely not at the sexual pranks but at the movie's accurate ear, as it reproduced dialogue with great comic accuracy.
