Good old fashioned British comedy as a bunch of small time crooks pretend to be monks to escape the long arm of the law

Despite a cast of good British comedy actors, they can't really do anything with a very lightweight story, the humour isn't too great either, although it is good to see Ronald Fraser in a rare lead role.
