Captures Orwells novel quite well. Fight the power!

Una fabula sobre el poder y las formas de gobierno, sobre el pueblo ciego y estúpido y las decisiones que toma, Napoleon el cerdo es un personaje que se repite en nuestra historia

Brilliant animation. The death of the horse still makes me sad.

Don't be fooled by the cartoon style... It's a sorta EDGY story...and this feature length cartoon captures the book's essence. Suitable for grade school children & above. Might bore or slightly frighten preschool kids. But the cartoon is a true adaptation. So it is not a cutesy little kid view of Animal Farm...but is suitable for grade school through adult. Would be a good family film to view & discuss. (I got my copy for 88 cents at Walmart. Would gladly have paid more!) (PS you will never quite trust PIGS again!!!) Remember'''All animals are Equal...but some are more EQUAL than others!)

This does take a few liberties with Orwell's book, especially the ending, but I was surorised at how good this was. Kept a bunch of students quiet, that's for sure.
