I'm not really sure what to make of Jake Paltrow's new movie. It looks fantastic, the performances are great but the movie feels a lot like a weird futuristic take on There Will Be Blood. It's tonally strange, occasionally falling into a weird comedic rhythm that really doesn't work but for the most part, I did enjoy it.

Filme dividido em capítulos que retratam um futuro com pouco água mas sem a ambição de demonstrar as coisas em grande escala e sim contar a história de uma família vivendo neste meio e marcada pela tragédia.

Wow, RT really seems to be a congregation of negative movie snobs. This movie was slightly above average, in my opinion. Definitely not deserving of a harsh 38%(at the moment). Seems lately that IMDB has more accurate scores....or at least similar to my taste as they gave this a 60%, which is a fair estimate. I guess people at RT log on to complain(which I seem to be doing right now.)

Fans of the post apocalypse genre will enjoy this film. I think it has such a low rating as no one has seen it! Really well made, stylishly directed, production value amazing, great acting, decent plot, though could have been deeper.
