Billy Wilder`s brilliant adaptation of Agatha Christie`s great novel!

Billy Wilder's brilliant courtroom drama was a bit slow, but kept me interested until the end. The shocking plot twist at the last 5 minutes of the movie was the cleverest I've ever seen.

Such a good film! Every twist and turn in the plot was comletely unexpected but still completely believable! I really enjoyed happening across it on TCM.

If I had to choose one favorite film, it would be this. The screen play is very strong, filled with twists that will completely take you by surprise. Charles Laughton's and Elsa Lanchester's performances are flawless. Its worth watching the film to just see them play off each other. Highly recommended.
