What happens to a person who dedicated his life to the Catholic church when he is faced with the responsibility after being elected to be the next Pope? That is his time to reflect on his life and think about how he actually wanted to live his life. Michel Piccoli in a warm, heart moving performance.

He who can't lead, but the one to be led by the One is the true Pope. Lovely movie that you will never forget.

It's not as successful a satire, comedy, or melodrama [as Lourdes]. In fact, it's a bit of a tonal mishmash. Still, We Have a Pope is a nice allegory about the dangers of olde-timey traditions.

How difficult could it be to elect a pope? Choosing one, single, man? And how difficult it is to be chosen as one?
