The highlight with this film for me were the two lead actors. Both Luke Gss and Dolph Lundgren were superb. Unfortunately they were et down by some of the supporting cast who were almost unbearable. It was great to see a WW2 film released again and the props were awesome but the story line was very clichéd and predictable. I thought this was Dolph Lundgren at his best so I do hope this foreshadows a comeback and as for Luke Goss, I think he is one of the most exciting newcomers to films in recent years. Really looking forward to seeing what he does next.

I love a great war movie. This isn't one. Awful Dirty Dozen knock-off. Lundgren's French accent is straight out of horror films. Rourke plays a long-haired Colonel whose face looks like a battering ram hit it until the cows came home. The lead has facial hair in WWII. The wise-ass Sergeant would be shot for dereliction of duty. The dialogue out of children's homework. NOTHING works. This is simply unwatchable. */*****. Pure shit. ?/18%.

â??War Pigsâ?? wants to be â??The Dirty Dozenâ??. No, it wants to be â??Inglorious Basterdsâ??! It spends its entire runtime just trying to find an identity. Unfortunately, its cast of stunning action stars isnâ??t enough to muster in the muck. Luke Goss and Dolph Lundgren get the steal a bit of the spotlight, while Mickey Rourke spends most of the film looking lost. But, itâ??s a macho powered World War II movie! Unfortunately, thatâ??s not enough to climb over the low points of the film. The camera work is shakier than a Greengrass disciple on the low end of his Topamax. The film plays like every other Eurotrash clone thatâ??s been aping Hollywoodâ??s war output since â??Kellyâ??s Heroesâ??. It is violent, wants to be edgy and yet never has a point.

Easily one of the worst so-called movies I've ever encountered. Less than five minutes into this travesty, after seeing cheesy production values, horrible dialogue, and wooden acting, we see the colonel meeting up with the other "officer," This senior officer, looking like a town drunk (slovenly, unkempt long hair, and with juvenile dialogue), proceeds to address the other fellow as lieutenant as he stares at the guy's captain bars. Five minutes was all I could endure and do avoid this waste of time.
