I really liked this movie. I mean, you can tell it's a mid-90's movie, but it's cute. Love the director, love Catherine Keener, and Anne Heche is tolerable in this. It's a cute story, because I can see a little of myself in Keener's character. Liev Schreiber does well, too, as the kinda guy that I'm sure so many girls have or want to have in their lives.

I thought this movie was sweet. I don't get the title, however. I like Catherine Keener quite alot...not sure that I have ever seen a movie with her in it that I didn't like.

I agree with Virginia. Everything about this movie rings really true, and that is why it's one of my favorites.

Rarely does a first film depict characters who seem so comfortably familiar, and even less frequently are these characters three-dimensional women.
