Vampire Boys (2011)

Jasin and his vampire brood's time is running out. In order for them to survive, Jasin needs to find a mortal to turn into a vampire to spend eternity with. Los Angeles provides plenty of young candidates. The brood has their eyes set on Tara, a young, gorgeous blond college student. Tara is open to the idea of becoming a vampire, but someone else enters the picture to disrupt the brood's plans. Caleb, a fresh face college student new to Los Angeles, keeps dreaming of a mysterious stranger. At school, Caleb meets the stranger, Jasin, and they have an instant connection. The problem is that time is short, and Jasin needs to convince Caleb that eternity as a vampire can be a very sweet life.

Lost interest extremely fast to the point of turning it off.

For a low budget vampire film filled with topless gay hunks this wasn't too bad. The blood was just red food coloring and you never saw any bite marks. Plus to become a vampire in this film you just had to be bit and almost drained, you didn't have to drink the one who was making you's blood.

Technically awful movie, without any originality and the actors have no bite (though you shouldn't watch this for the acting anyway.) On the other hand, at just over an hour, it's a great party movie, and perfect for a drinking game. Anytime anyone says "The One" or the screen shoots to a panoramic view of L.A., take a shot. Oh, and it's also a love story, because, y'know, vampires deserve love too.
