Poétique et étrange, cette "symphonie de l'horreur" possède un grand pouvoir de fascination. Une vision dégradée mais bizarrement plus romantique du mythe du vampire, devenu rat lui-même mais surpris par la beauté. Conseillé à ceux qui veulent bien traverser le pont pour laisser les vampires venir à leur rencontre.

The earliest big screen adaption of Dracula, and a must-see classic. The score is perfect; the acting is great, with Granach almost stealing the show as Harker's insane boss. Even now Schreck's Nosferatu is unnerving, particularly when he is virtually motionless - conveying a menacing ambiguity of what horrors are about to occur...
