John Hawkes is always the balls and he's no different in this trippy film noir. It is enjoyable but some long drawn out scenes prevents it from been one of the films of 2016.

John Hawkes is always good, and the movie is interestingly shot. The way the story unfolds is also intriguing for the most part. I should have liked it more, I just didn't.

had to check this one out since I have a huge soft spot for John Hawkes. some Tarantino - Jackie Brown type of vibes, cleverly edited, but with several flaws in writing, and ultimately an unimpressive film. on a high note, the film scoring was sublime.

Too Late is a throwback to indie films of the 1990s that we don't see often anymore and that alone is enough to recommend it.
