Lavish, historically important silent epic.

Notable for its empathy toward Native Americans and its interracial romance, this early film highlights the involvement of 'First Americans' in WWI. Early segments also detail their origin history, in which a cliff-dweller battle of remarkable scale is staged.

I'm sure it's message is an important one and was ahead of its time, but any 2-hour silent movie is tough to watch these days. Probably the first half hour could have been cut without doing any damage to the story.
