i dont resist a good spanish film. they are passionated, adorable and full of surprise. this one is not different. u must see it! simple and brilliant!

In this film the emphasis is more on the surreal and less on synchronicity, however, the final suspense of the menacing 'other' only works if this film is seen as part of the larger narrative explored in Medem's films.

Me gusta esta pelÃcula tanto o mÃ¡s que Tierra o Los amantes del cÃrculo polar. Definitivamente puede considerarse a Julio Medem como uno de los directores mÃ¡s importantes y mÃ¡s creativos del cine espaÃ±ol de los noventa.

If you like David Lynch style this is your movie, only you will laugh much more. I liked to follow how main hero thinks and the way he acts. Overall it's mysterious but entertaining movie.
