i am in love with this movie i could see this over and over and never get tired of it it is deep and so good it has such a great meaning and at the end it always makes my cry every single time and every time i watch it i learn something new in the movie

Fabulous! The woman that plays the part of Christine (Sierra Boggess) sings like an angel. The music from this is some of the most memorable of all musicals out there, in my opinion. Beautiful production. There is a 25th Anniversary performance afterwards that actually involves Andrew Lloyd Webber himself. Very cool!

I had never had the privilege of seeing this show on stage, so I was very excited when I heard this DVD was being released. Now that I've watched it, I can understand why it's been so well-loved for so long. The production is beautiful, the casting is perfect, the theater is gorgeous, and despite the long running time, I was sad to see it end. This only further convinces me that I need to see the show in person.

The live 25th Anniversary production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's stage production of the Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall. An excellent production of the longest running musical in West End (and Broadway) history. The London run has passed 10,000 performances; the Broadway production is approaching that number. If you seen the repeat performances on October 5, 6, or 11, wait for the curtain calls, which feature Andrew Lloyd Webber, the original production crew, and the original cast of the London production (including Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman). The finale also features a performance by Brightman, four of the previous Phantoms, and the current Phantom.
