The Owl and the Pussycat (1970)

Meek, owlish Felix and strident, catty Doris live in the same apartment building. His incessant typing bothers her; her gentlemen callers bother him. Felix informs the landlord of her activities, so Doris moves in on Felix. When they both get thrown out, they move in with Barney... until they drive him out! That's when Felix and Doris finally decide to put theory into practice. But do opposites attract?

what's not to love about Barbara Streisand. this movie is funny.

The dynamic between George and Barbra is pure poetry backed by dialog done right. A must see movie about relationship.

In the final half hour the characters become more enduring than obnoxious . . . its still a sanitized version of the original play, but its enjoyable in a weird way.

I want to buy this. This is a beautiful romantic comedy. I'm tired of all these "I'm just an innocent sweet hooker" films but this one skirts just because Babs and George Segal had great, awkward but sweet chemistry.

When Barbra decided to something both sexy and funny she didn't fool around; She dove straight into the deep end of the pool which is, yet again, a very good reason to worship her.
