I’m not a musical fan, besides Sound of Music of course. The beginning was a bit painful with the singing but as soon as Yul Bruner comes in the scene, he Carrie’s the whole movie. He’s just fantastic, he sounds the part, looks the part…great costumes. It’s a classic and must see specially if your are a Yul.B fan.

another excellent film a total classic, not as good as the orginal black and white version however very good the costumes, and the acting is so well. the songs are touching you really get a sense of the feelings between ana and the king . watch it if you love musicals.

ecetera, ecetera, ecetera! I loved Yul. Seeing it as an adult I realize how ridiculous hollywood's portrayal of the far east realy was, but none the less I still liked it.
