Melting astronaut chases fat nurse through corridor for ten minutes. Some doctor finds his ear stuck to a tree. Old people go stealing oranges. The end.

Few movies end with the villain being cleaned up by a janitor at the end. This one does.

Rick Baker's special make-up effects are the only reason to watch this 70s schlockfest. An astronaut returns to Earth with a, well, let's just call it a bad skin condition. His friends and co-workers are less than excited about his new appearance. Cheap film looks like it was shot on Super 8 (not the hotel chain). Look up the MST3K version for greater enjoyment of this sludge.

Hilarious and brilliant. Crackers! One of those rare films that's so bad it's funny. Also, very gross.

Oddly enough, the melting man is NOT that incredible at all. Go figure. It's hard to watch straigh through -- as much as MST3K does help. I was shocked to see Rick Baker with makeup credits -- I suppose you have to start somewhere, eh? That's about all that stands out here. Ending is pretty groovy, though.
