This gets 5 stars for Robert Shaw. You've got Jacqueline Bisset in a wet t-shirt for the guys, and Mr. Shaw for the women. I'd watch Robert Shaw just stand there. What a man.

This trashy underwater thriller, based on Benchley (Jaws) best-seller, was one of the year's most popular films, despite negative reviews.

There's a reason this movie is better known for Jacqueline Bisset in a wet t-shirt than the actual storyline. It was just okay, although some of the underwater scenes were impressive.

Late 70's suspense thriller about a young couple diving offshore wrecks in Bermuda in search of buried treasure. They find more than they bargain for. Really enjoyed Nick Nolte and Jacqueline Bisset in the leads. The premise sets the film up adequately and we see some pleasant scenery. The scuba diving scenes still hold up well after all these years. The second half of the film, however, disappoints with unconvincing plot development and a villain (Louis Gossett Jr.) who proves more threatening than resourceful.

Enjoyable but very very 70s style cheesy. Reminded me of a cross between 70s-era James Bond and "Jaws."
