One simple word to discribe this movie. Amazing ! I watch this once a year and listen to the OST from time to time. I recommend the extended edition but the theatrical version is fine too.

even in the original movie The Terminator, Arnold stole the show as the main villain. so naturally seeing the character we all loved to watch in the first movie and actually root for him in the sequel makes this movie even better than it's predecessor.

By adding depth to its characters T2 manages to be just as inventive as the first, with another suspenseful plot and more great action. Full Review: Terminator 2 is extremely well done, and it is clear a lot of effort went into this film. The first was amazing in its own right by giving fast paced action and suspense, but the sequels does that while also having heart - from the relationship between the terminator and John to the crying and to the end, which makes even the death of a piece of metal seem sad. On the flip side, Terminator provides lots of action, and since the CGI of the T-1000 is almost as good as today's CGI, that truly shows the effort of this film's production. All of it pays off, because when the heart of the film is mixed with the amazing action, audiences everywhere will be more than satisfied.
