The Tarzan movies with Johnny Weissmuller and Maureen O'Sullivan are the best.

Loved the Weissmuller Tarzan movies when I was a kid. They played every sunday afternoon on Spanish TV. Nostalgia!

A l'epoque ou j'ai vu ce film d'aventures, ma voix n'avait pas encore mue. Je parvenais assez bien a imiter le cri de Tarzan.

Cinema has come a long way since. What I find most interesting is the malportrayal of aboriginal Central Africans, which is above and beyond ludicrocy by todays' standards.

Johnny Weismuller is the quintessential Tarzan for me, nobody else can come close to matching him in the role. Grew up watching his antics along with Jane, Boy and the hilarious Cheetah the Chimp. Brilliant movie.
