A disturbing look at religion back in the 1100's - What people will do in the name of Jesus. It shows how people will interpret their religion to fit their political causes. The movie is a bit slow, and confusing towards the end.

so far so dull, and bloody, most of the budget must have gone on bright red stage blood. John Griffiths lent me this this is the second most boring film he lent me!!

This lo-budget look at the Knights Templar and their wacky pursuit of purity and Infidels is one wild ride. Little violence, a lot of thinking time and some very good photography make this a mini-must for the obscure historical flick-lover.
