He's (Crowe) thwarted by the production's almost total, and truly absurd, absence of fun.

Russell Crowe stars in Robin Hood, a good film, within 148 minutes. Directed by Ridley Scott. Plus, this movie looks like the Disney film Robin Hood. Bye!?!

I love the legend of Robin Hood and so of course I love this movie... it had great actors, action and a lot of funny moments!! =)... and it had ROBIN HOOD!!! ;-)

Can't get enough of this movie! The best rewritten legend of all time for screenplay! The characters are defined by great acting and unique writing. If you think you know the backbone of how this legend progresses, think again. This movie will keep even the most diehard Robin Hood fan guessing what will happen next. Russell Crowe delivers one of his best performances by bringing a sense of realism to the elusive myth we know as Robin Hood. If you are interested in movies with witty writing, unpredictable side plots. and great acting this is a MUST SEE!

A slightly soggy popcorn adventure. Far from being a Robin for the ages, it's a retelling you'll hardly care about while you're watching it and barely remember after the lights come up.
