i loved this movie a prequel was something that was unexpected and a story that didn't have the traditional "communist" undertone

The cast, production and costumes are terrific. The story is so muddled and lousy it stains Gladiator. Crowe was right to fight %u2013 as rumored - with Scott. Crowe looks great.

Can't get enough of this movie! The best rewritten legend of all time for screenplay! The characters are defined by great acting and unique writing. If you think you know the backbone of how this legend progresses, think again. This movie will keep even the most diehard Robin Hood fan guessing what will happen next. Russell Crowe delivers one of his best performances by bringing a sense of realism to the elusive myth we know as Robin Hood. If you are interested in movies with witty writing, unpredictable side plots. and great acting this is a MUST SEE!
