Remains an essentially innocent work - there are banana skin pratfalls, Kapoor douses both himself and his employees with a fire extinguisher at one point, and the lovers play out a marital ballet under an umbrella on a rainy Bombay night - but the finale is quite awesomely calculating: even Chaplin at his most plaintive and teary-eyed might have balked at turning his Tramp into a martyr to the follies of ruthless capitalism, as the star threatens to do here.

well umn just seen this movie 4 the 1st time n think that this is a good movie 2 watch.....its got a good cast of actors/actressess throughout this movie....i think that raj kapoor, pessi patel, nargis, nadria, nadira nemo, nana palsikar, lalita pawar, hari shivdassani, bhudo advani play good roles/parts throughout this movie....i think that the director of this drama/musical/performing arts/classics/art-house/international movie had done a good job of directing this movie because you never know what 2 expect throughout this movie its a really good movie 2 watch
