Here is another case where animated films like this one are exhibited, that can hardly be called movies. They are actually long TV episodes that have no distinctive measure to give them the title of movies. It's fun within reason, but leaves no impression beyond stuffing the streaming service's catalog where it ended up or otherwise would have been collecting its profits had it been released in physical format. One way or another it is completely expendable.

All in all, “Rise” is as dependable as a Manhattan slice: not mind-blowing in the slightest, but just delightfully cheesy enough to keep kids and adults alike satisfied.

Esta es la mejor pelicula de las tortugas ninja desde la primera Live Action. El ultimo tercio de la pelicula se lo dieron a un director diferente o que? cambia el estilo de animacion, le cambiaron un poco las personalidades a las tortugas y no tengo ni idea de por que tienen poderes ahora pero disfrute cada maldito segundo de esta pelicula. Te recomiendo que vayas con 0 espectativas si eres "MUY FAN", asi no perderas tiempo en tratar de entender los cambios y disfrutar de esa animacion! por cierto se estan robando esas escenas de accion del anime y les estan quedando, uff! "si esta no es la portada, despediran a alguien" Clasic.
